I've set up a few Office 365 systems. You may want to check if you are set
up under the right subscription. You may qualify for the Office 365
donation, which would be free access to the education version. I'd suggest
calling 1-855-270-0615 to see what you qualify for.

Another option is Google Apps. That donation, unless Google's rules have
changed, can only be donated to 503-c3 organizations. I've seen libraries
get the donation through their friend's group.
