Hi Candy,
ACPL uses Libki, a free open source kiosk time management software. It integrates with your patron ILS database via SIP. Cost of ownership is really the ability to set it up initially; after initial setup and config, it runs flawlessly long-term. If I can answer any questions about it, I'd be glad to.
