[OPLINLIST] Building Maintenance

Hello All,

I have noticed that the caulking in the seams between our stucco and brick is dry rotting. Normally, maintenance would handle something like this, but it was recommended that it be done by a professional who repairs stucco. And since I am having difficulty finding a contractor for this work, I figured someone here has already been down this road.

By chance, are there any libraries that have used a Contractor who specializes in Stucco? If so, would you mind sharing their contact information and possibly the location of the business?
