[OPLINLIST] Library Archives Open House

Greetings:

You are cordially invited to attend the Open House for our library archives.  It will be held Wednesday, September 20th from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. in Meeting Room A of the Pickerington Public Library.  We will be sharing samples from our growing collection of local history materials and demonstrating our new archival scanning equipment.  We will also be highlighting upcoming digitization projects with current partners, including the Pickerington-Violet Township Historical Society and the Violet Township Fire Department.

Several local history and genealogy organizations --- including the Pickerington-Violet Township Historical Society, Ohio History Connection, the Ohio Glass Museum, and the Fairfield Heritage Association --- will be setting up informational tables to share information about their programs and services as well.
