[OPLINLIST] Page/Shelver Training

We are revamping our page/shelver training program and were wondering what types of manuals or materials you use to help get your new employees started.  Any information or advice that you could provide would be incredibly helpful.  Bonus points to any of you who are willing to show me examples of your manuals or training materials :)
