All sites should now be restored, with the exception of two:

Guernsey County District Public Library
Way Public Library - TWC

The engineering team is still working on these two, but hope to have them restored soon as well.

I'm sure that Karl will provide all sorts of technical details sometime tomorrow, but I think most of us will agree that we hope he and the engineers get some sleep soon.
