[OPLINLIST] Library Snow Closures - Winter is Coming

Good afternoon:  As our organization begins the process of evaluating our
Safety Manual, I wanted to reach out to see how other libraries handle snow
closure procedures:  criteria for making the call to close and how partial
day closings are addressed.
