Over the past year, EBSCO has talked with customers, consulted with our
user experience research team, and analyzed user data to learn more about
how to improve our users’ outcomes. Beginning in September, we will invite
users to see the results of that work and share their thoughts.

*What is EBSCObeta?*

EBSCO*beta* is our test site — a sandbox for us to develop a deeper
understanding of what works for users conducting research. Beginning on or
after September 7, 2018, a link to EBSCO*beta* (which features high school
science content) will appear on the *Science Reference Center* home page in
the Featured Science Topic box.

Please know that this isn’t a new product; it’s our classroom — where we
experiment and gain greater knowledge about how users search, how they use
content and how they use tools. We will be incorporating this learning into
our ongoing improvement of our platform and products.

*How can I share feedback?*

We want everyone to have a chance to voice their opinions — you, your
colleagues, students and patrons — so please encourage them to use the
site, take notes about the experience, and share insights via our user
survey. A survey link will appear in EBSCO*beta*’s top toolbar.
