 Hello,

I am the outreach coordinator.

We have a mix of both individual and organizational cards with multiple
patrons checking out on an organizational card if they do not have an
individual library card.

We deliver the books to the activities' directors.  They distribute the
books to the patrons and gather the books up for return at the next visit.
The books are not shared by multiple patrons.  They are set up for specific
patrons.

If books are missing or not returned, the activities' director receives a
call or email and they search for the books.  If they don't return the
books, that patron will not be allowed to have more books.
