[OPLINLIST] cargo labels

Hello,

I have noticed an increase in misdirected materials.  Mary L. Cook and Mary
L. Babcock are directly above and below one another on the drop down list.
It is an easy error to make.  (I know, I did it myself earlier today).

I have been trying to forward them Mary L. Babcock when I see a check out
slip for them with the material, but I am afraid it slows everything down
and more so since I am part time and it may be a few days before I see the
error.
