[OPLINLIST] procedure efforts

In an effort to nail down a lot of our library procedures and to make sure every desk has the same information Norwalk Library is looking for library card procedures.


For those of you that have patrons pick up their own holds does the user bar code print off on the hold slip?

For those of you that have self checkout does a patron have to have their card or can they type in a number?
