[OPLINLIST] digital signatures

For those libraries who use digital signatures.... What programs do you use?

We would like to be able to use digital signatures for rental and patron agreement forms.  It would need to have a screen for the user agreement/policies and then a place for the signature, and then store this information.

Any help or suggestions will be appreciated.
