[OPLINLIST] Mahjong

We've had requests for someone to present a program on playing Mahjong, the
board game with tiles, not the computer game. They'd like to start up a
group that can meet and play at the library. So far, I've had no luck
finding anyone willing to instruct a class. Thanks!
