[OPLINLIST] Library Payment Plans

Hi All & happy Monday!

My library is looking to set up a payment plan for users who are interested
in paying off their fines/fees to use the library again.  We would like for
this to be a program in which as long as payments are regularly being made,
the user may have borrowing privileges renewed.

Does anyone do anything like this at their libraries?  I'd be very
interested in how your process works, and in any information you are
willing to share.
