[OPLINLIST] CMI on a virtual server?

We've always run our CMI software on a dedicated server that sits in our 
finance officer's office. When we upgrade to the new CMI software I'm 
considering putting it on a virtual server on the same machine with our 
other virtual Windows servers. Have you done that or do you have any 
thoughts about doing that?
