[OPLINLIST] wrong deliveries

Hi everyone,

For the last 2 months, we have been getting *so* many deliveries from
Priority Dispatch that are meant for Alger Public Library.

Yes, Alger Public Library is in our county, but it's not a branch of our
library.

Alger Public Library delivery code is *00400*.

Our label is printed out as MLJ-Hardin County District Library, code *11100*,
so I'm not sure why the confusion.
