Author Salvatore Scibona is visiting Akron Summit County Public Library's
Firestone Park Branch tonight at 6:30 to talk about and read from his new
novel *The Volunteer. *

This event that might be of particular interest to Ohio librarians, because
in addition to being a Cleveland native and National Book Award Finalist,
Salvatore Scibona has one of the coolest library jobs around, the Director
of The New York Public Library’s Dorothy and Lewis B. Cullman Center for
Scholars and Writers.
