[OPLINLIST] Circulating hotspots with Roku

Hi everyone,



We already circulate hotspots here in Guernsey County, and they are very popular. We are also looking to explore circulating Roku devices with those hotspots. For those of you that do this, do you maintain library accounts on streaming services and pre-load that log-in information onto the Roku? Do you circ them with popular apps downloaded but then require patrons to use their own accounts? 



Any experience circing Rokus or other smart television devices would be greatly appreciated; thanks!
