[OPLINLIST] Alternatives to closing?

Question for the list:  What alternative measures are libraries, esp.
smaller libraries, in Ohio coming up with in order to provide  limited
services (other than hoopla and overdrive) to the public without allowing
access to the building?  We are open today and have a special board meeting
scheduled for 5:00 PM this evening.  Thank you.
