When: July 10, 2020 @ 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Where: Great Wolf Lodge, 2501 Great Wolf Dr, Mason, OH 45040

Overview: How does your library help patrons acquire, construct, and communicate meaning in all aspects of daily living? Explore traditional and non-traditional literacies to broaden lives by focusing on media, digital, and reading literacies as well as life skills and community awareness. Delve into these multiple literacies to take away practical information to inspire and enrich your community.

Objective: Gain a better understanding of the multiple literacies offered both inside and outside the library.

CALL FOR PROGRAMS - Deadline Extended to April 1, 2020.
The Conference Planning Committee is seeking proposals on the following literacies:
*         Traditional (early, adult, etc.)
*         Digital/Tech (how to succeed in a digital world)
*         Media (analyzing and evaluating information)
*         Financial (how to make smart decisions with money)
*         Health/Wellness (how to make appropriate health decisions)
*         Life Skills (cooking, creativity, problem-solving, etc.)
*         Community (navigating governmental/non-profit agencies, civics, etc.)
 Types of programs to submit:
*         Keynote
*         1 Hour
*         Panel
*         Poster
*         Un-program (a moderator-facilitated discussion among a group of participants)
*         Quick Lit (5-7 minute presentation)

The deadline for program proposals has been extended to April 1, 2020.
