[OPLINLIST] Fwd: USAC Opens the FY2021 Admin Window with Changes to the Portal

USAC has opened the "Admin Window" for the 2021 funding year, with
changes to the portal to accommodate the new Category 2 rules that
will take effect at the start of the upcoming funding year.  The Admin
Window is the period during which applicants can make updates to their
profile information in the E-Rate portal to prepare for the upcoming
FCC Form 471 application filing window.

Usually, the "Admin Window" is most important for schools, but
libraries will want to make sure that all their locations have a
square footage listed. This includes bookmobiles and kiosks.
