Troy-Miami County Public Library is a destination for community members of all ages to come for information, education, and entertainment. The main library is located in the heart of Troy, Ohio, a beautiful community off Interstate 75 near Dayton, Ohio. The town is known for its rich history, beautiful downtown, and manufacturing excellence.

The Fiscal Officer serves as the financial officer for the Troy-Miami County Public Library in accordance with Federal, State and local laws and regulations, the directives of the Auditor of the State of Ohio, and the policies and decisions of the Library Board of Trustees.

This employee is appointed by and reports to the Board of Trustees pursuant to Section 3375.32 of the Ohio Revised Code; is responsible to the Board of Trustees; and is overseen on a day-to-day basis by the Library Director.

Requirements
Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in business, finance, accounting, or a related field; three years' experience; and knowledge of budget development, cash basis fund accounting, and data analysis. Must meet bonding requirements. Public sector or public library finance experience preferred.
