[OPLINLIST] hardback book covers

Hi- Recently, we've noticed the jacket tabs (same type and vendor that
we've  always used}, will not stick to lots of the new hardback books. I
have tried several other kinds of tape, but they won't stick to the book's
hardback cover  either, and immediately peel off.. Clear packing tape will
stick but doesn't look good at all.

Has anyone else noticed this issue? Could some new books being produced
have covers made out of a different type of material than normal? 🎄
