[OPLINLIST] Out of state - covid tests

Hello,
We are getting ready to release a new shipment of covid tests.  Have any
libraries dropped the number per car to two tests and how are state border
libraries handling the test requests from out-of -staters?  With Ohio
residents having PA area codes, we find it impossible to differentiate and
have given tests to anyone who requests.  But the sheer number of PA phone
calls that we have received in the last 24 hours is giving me pause.
