[OPLINLIST] Open meetings law

Hello,

 

Hoping someone out there knows the answer to this. One of our board members
has said he would not be present for the regular meeting but might be able
to phone in. I know he can't be counted for the quorum and can't vote, but
can he participate in discussion? I couldn't find this in the Sunshine Law
book.

Subject: [OPLINLIST] Family visit guidelines...

 

Does anyone out there have guidelines/rules for family visits that take
place at their library?  We have a good number of visits that are occurring
at our place, and would like to see what everyone else is doing.
