Good Morning Stephanie,

We use a online software called Homebase. https://joinhomebase.com/
It will do everything that you are asking, plus more. We really like it.
The employees can also request time off in the software and it allows for
only certain employees to approve the request. We did choose to pay a
little bit each month for the level we have, but I believe there is a free
option.
