[OPLINLIST] Ticketing/email systems

Hello all,

I hope you are doing well. I'm doing some research into using a ticketing system with patrons-for reference inquires and other such things.  LibAnswers is one example. Does your library use such a system? If so, which, and are you happy with it? Can patrons send attachments?
