[OPLINLIST] Northstar Update for Ohio Public Libraries

 Greetings,

The new year is bringing many challenges, but it is also bringing many
opportunities.

As of today, nearly 1.5 million Ohioans have the opportunity to access
Northstar Digital Library via their local library, thanks to these
