[OPLINLIST] Museum Pass Question

For those of you that offer museum passes that circulate, how do you manage them?  Is it first come first served?  We currently use a software with Plymouth Rocket, but have been running into more problems recently with patrons not returning the pass on time causing other reservations to get bumped or canceled.
