[OPLINLIST] Paper newsletters

Hello all,

Just curious, who in library land sends out a paper newsletter to their community, regardless of whether they have a library card, and how often you do so? Currently we are sending out our paper newsletter 3 times a year covering 4 months of programs and events to around 20k worth of people and businesses.
