The State Library of Ohio recently announced the launch of the Ohio Collection Analysis Initiative<https://library.ohio.gov/services-for-libraries/library-programs-development/ohio-collection-analysis-initiative/>. Ohio library staff now have exclusive access to an original, self-paced, collection analysis initiative for considering collections that empower children and young adult readers by respecting and appreciating what makes them different and the same. This initiative provides the tools, time, and support to consider your library's print collections for children and young adults.

Join us on Tuesday, May 10th, for our second webinar to kick off the Ohio Collection Analysis Initiative!

The State Library is hosting a webinar on Tuesday, May 10th at 3:30 p.m. to celebrate our brand new Collection Analysis Initiative. In this second webinar installment, we'll focus on analyzing specific portions of your children's and/or young adult collections. You'll learn to use the tools to purposefully reflect, augment, compare, and determine which titles best fit your community's needs. At the conclusion of this final 75-minute session, you will receive a plan that both guides you to implement your collection decisions and equips you to continue using these tools into the future.
