Position Available:  Building Services Manager

Summary of Position:
Serving as a member of the Library's Leadership Team @ Licking County Library, the Building Services Manager is responsible for keeping the Downtown Newark, West Newark, and Utica library facilities (including library grounds) clean, safe and in good working order according to established Library policies and procedures. The Building Services Manager is also responsible for the management of Building Services & Security personnel, basic carpentry, plumbing, and preventive maintenance on HVAC system and other electrical repairs. Other Licking County Library System branches, not owned by the Library, may require minimal maintenance assistance.

This is a Full-Time, exempt position; 37.5 hours/week @ the Downtown Newark location (101 West Main St Newark, Ohio 43055). OPERS Retirement; Fringe Benefit Eligible.
