[OPLINLIST] surveilance camera question

Hi Stacey:
The statute says patron records can't be shared with law enforcement
without a warrant, subpoena, etc, or unless someone is in imminent danger.
I have shared exterior library security camera recordings when lights in
the abutting park were vandalized. My logic was that the footage wasn't
from inside the library or of the entrances, so no library patron
information was being shared.
