[OPLINLIST] Library Vehicle

We recently purchased our first library van. Does anyone have policies/procedures re: vehicle use you would be willing to share? Do you require staff to sign an acknowledgement of the policies prior to driving your vehicle? Any other concerns we may not think of as first-time vehicle owners?
