[OPLINLIST] programming budgets

We are changing the way we track some of our programming.


  1.  Who makes the purchase? Do you have staff or a supervisor shop for their own materials?
  2.  Do you give a budget to each staff member or is this general to their department(children's program budget)
  3.  How do they track their budget, and who holds them accountable?
     *   If the budget is 100 a month for kids supplies, how do you know if they overspent?
