Hello all,

We are looking for some folks to come work for us this summer. Check out the full job descriptions for education requirements and more information about what you'll be doing. We can't wait for you to join us as we fulfill our almost $250,000 grant from the Ohio Department of Education.

Position Title: STEM Programming Assistant
Classification: Temporary
Wage: $16.64/hr.
Hours per Week/Grant Period: Approximately 20 hours per week when scheduled between June 5th and August 11th non-exempt, temporary, part-time; Must be able to work a varied schedule, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
Position Summary: Teach as part of the library's grant funded learning experiences. Candidates should show competencies in teaching videography, technology and/or engineering from a STEAM perspective. Candidates should have a strong motivation to develop students' design skills, creativity, and artistic talents. Aiming to create an interest in the subject amongst students fourth through twelfth grade, candidates should inspire students to create, construct, build, and experiment.

Classification: Temporary
Wage: $10.10/hr.
Hours per Week/Grant Period: Approximately 20 hours per week when scheduled between June 5th and August 11th non-exempt, temporary, part-time; Must be able to work a varied schedule, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
Position Summary: The library needs temporary staff members to assist as part of the library's grant funded learning experiences. This employee works primarily assisting the STEM Programming Assistants, Emerging Services and Technologies Librarian, and/or other permanent library staff with programs for children fourth through twelfth grade utilizing machines in the CreateSpace which can include the studio and the digitization equipment.
