[OPLINLIST] Electronic timecards

Is anyone using a really basic, free or cheap electronic timecard system?

I've been playing around with a Google form, but I'm not happy with how the spreadsheet displays.

We just need an easy way for staff (about 60 people) to input their timecard information, and for managers to be able to see all hours worked/leave taken, and to give approval.
