[OPLINLIST] Delaware County District Library-Outreach Openings!

Good Afternoon,

The Delaware County District Library has an opening for one (1) full-time
Outreach Associate and one (1) full-time Outreach Specialist at our Orange
Branch.



The duties of an Associate are to provide direct service as the Library’s
primary contact to community members not able to visit a physical branch;
patrons include daycares, senior care facilities, area schools, and home
delivery patrons.  The pay range for this non-exempt position is $14.34 -
$21.52 per hour and depends on qualifications.



The duties of a Specialist are to provide direct service, reference
service, and programming to the Library’s Outreach patrons unable to visit
a physical branch.  Patrons include children, teens, seniors, and
individuals with developmental disabilities.  The pay range for this
non-exempt position is $15.78 - $23.67 per hour and depends on
qualifications.



The work schedule for these positions is as follows: Monday - Friday from
8:00 am - 4:30 pm; however, the schedules may change as the needs of the
Library change (i.e., nights, weekends, and holidays).  These positions
will be required to travel between Library locations, be required to
participate in and attend periodic events and training, and will be
required to perform other duties, as assigned.
