[OPLINLIST] Reference Request: Mobile Phone Apps for Transcription/Speech-to-Text

Hello all, 

I have a question about adaptive technology that I am hoping can benefit
from the hive mind. 

Details: I'm meeting with a patron next week for a technology
appointment. The patron requested assistance using a call/speech to text
app on android phone, and was also interested in any additional
resources for transcription software. They were recommended the app
Innocaption, but haven't been able to get it to work. The patron's goal
is to have their phone translate speech from calls directly into text on
their phone, but also be able to talk into the phone in response.  

Questions: Does anyone have any apps that you have recommend or use with
patrons for reference appointments? 

Any other resources also appreciated!
