The State Library of Ohio has purchased a contract with WhoFi so that WhoFi can provide all of the WhoFi suite of services to Ohio public libraries at no cost to them. That includes WiFi analytics, Community Calendar, Registration, Integration, Meeting Rooms, and another new online product called Question Sets.

We use Whofi’s Community Calendar.
There is a YouTube video if you would like to check it out.
It is accessed on our website and patrons can register for programs and get reminders after they register.
It is also great on the back end of the software that you can track your stats for monthly reports.
We have been pleased it.

We use Communico and like it. When we enter events, they show on our website, patrons may register, and it has wonderful report.

We currently use the free version of Eventbrite, which is working ok for us right now, but we’d love to find an option that does not take patrons to a third-party website.
