[OPLINLIST] FY2024 E-Rate Reminders: Form 471 Window is Open; One Week Until Form 471 Training

Greetings,

We are starting the busy season for folks who use E-rate for their branches
or for Category 2 expenses:

   - The Form 471 Window (the time to file for E-rate discounts based on
   your Form 470 bids) will begin on January 17 and run through *March 27*.
   - OPLIN will be hosting Form 471 Training with Lorrie Germann next
*Thursday,
   January 25*.  You can still sign up at
   https://events.library.ohio.gov/event/11751496.
   - The last day for filing a Form 470 for FY 2024 so as to allow its
   posting for at least 28 days before the close of the Form 471 application
   window is *February 28*.
