Branch Manager, DeHoff Memorial Branch (Full-time - 40 Hours/Week)
FLSA Exempt, Min: $59,051/year
The Branch Manager will be responsible for leading their team of library staff members in fulfilling our library's mission to "strengthen the community by advancing literacy, connecting people, and encouraging exploration" while demonstrating our core values of respect, inclusion, stewardship, and progress. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with partner organizations and serving a demographically diverse community.
The Branch Manager oversees the programs, collections, services, and operations of the branch and represents the community's interests and needs during central planning. Supervises a staff of 5-10 individual contributors.

Library Specialist (with Children's focus), Lake Community Branch (Full-time - 40 Hours/Week)
FLSA Non-exempt, Min: $17.06/hour

An employee serving in this position advances the mission of the Library by creating and delivering internal and external programs, events and activities for a focus age group as well as helping to establish and/or maintain key external relationships (e.g., authors, publishers, organizations, etc.).

The Library Specialist serves a critical role in supporting our ability to perform programming, outreach, and community engagement. The Specialist is responsible for supporting the branch's Children's Librarian in planning and presenting children's programs. This role also offers frontline customer service at a variety of service points, conducting reader's advisory, and assisting with library collection maintenance.
