We applied for the free nonprofit account in Sept. 2022. I sent them a tax exemption certificate to show we are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.

They have changed their policies a couple of times. I'm not personally 100% sure where their rules stand currently. Some of us who have it might be grandfathered in under older rules.

How were all able to apply for the non-profit? I've been trying, and it won't let me. It says no government entities, but all of you were able to get the non-profit. Did you have to apply for a 501c3? What documents did you send?
