[OPLINLIST] Textmygov or other texting services at your library?

Hi, there!

Textmygov is courting me as I'm looking for some sort of texting solution.
Our ILS performs automated texts for when material is due, or overdue, but
patrons have to opt in *and *know their carrier, plus there is human error
when inputting this information on our end.

I'm looking for more than just automated texts. I want to be able to send a
personal message via text or send an update on our services a few times a
year.

If you have experience with textmygov, I'd love to hear from you. Or if you
have a phone system that can facilitate texting beyond the basic automated
texts your ILS performs, I'd like to hear from you as well.

Thank you in advance,
