Logan County Libraries has used Advanced Document Solution (mark smith <mark at advanceddocumentsolution.com) for several years.  When we purchased our new ScanPro, Mark brought in Bill DeBolt at World Micrographics, Inc. (877-619-6753 ext 2).

We usually use Tronitech to come in and provide on-site support when our microfilm machines need help. However, we were informed they are no longer providing this support service. Do any of you use other companies to provide this service?
