[OPLINLIST] BrainFuse HelpNow & JobNow

Good morning.

I'm looking for feedback from any libraries that have BrainFuse's HelpNow (online tutoring) and/or JobNow (career resources) for students and job seekers.  I'd like to know your impression of the platform, how easy it is for staff to deploy, and how much your patrons are using it.
