The Hudson Library and Historical Society is looking for a Head of Facilities who, under the general supervision of the Executive Director, is responsible for the custodial and maintenance functions on the building interior, exterior, and grounds, and coordinating work with contractors and other vendors. Qualifications:

  *   Associates degree required or certification from a Trade or Technical College. Bachelor's degree preferred. A combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the job may be considered.


  *   3 - 5 years' related experience managing a facility of similar size and use, and similar equipment preferred.


Salary and Benefits:
This is a full-time (38 hrs/week) position with full benefits and a starting salary of $55,000.
