Branch Manager (Full-time - 40 Hours/Week)
FLSA Exempt:  $60,820 - $76,100/year

Stark Library is seeking a Branch Manager for its North Branch facility, located between the historic Ridgewood neighborhood and Malone University.  One of Stark Library's busier locations, North Branch offers a recently renovated interior with study rooms and two meeting rooms along with the traditional library amenities such as a broad collection of materials and business services.

The Branch Manager's primary responsibility will be leading their staff to provide exceptional customer service to our patrons while upholding our mission and values - respect, inclusion, stewardship, and progress.  The ideal candidate will bring experience demonstrating strong people management skills throughout their career along with an understanding of how public libraries operate.

The Branch Manager oversees the programs, collections, services, and operations of the branch. Represents the community's interests and needs during central planning. Ensures consistent branch implementation of initiatives, policies, and procedures to advance the mission of the Library. Supervises a staff of individual contributors.
