Dear OPLIN Staff,

My name is Alyssa Kiefer, and I am with the Ohio Department of Natural
Resources Division of Forestry. As a part of our efforts in environmental
education, we would love to collaborate with your library.

We have a large quantity of older Project Learning Tree (PLT) Guides that
we would like to donate to your organization. Specifically, these are the
PLT K-8 Guides, which feature text, materials, and curriculum designed to
teach students about topics like forestry, ecology, wildlife, and natural
resource sciences. While the materials are slightly outdated, they still
offer valuable activities and learning opportunities for those who can put
them to good use.

We would love to hear your thoughts on whether these materials could be
useful to your library and community. If so, please let me know a time that
works with someone from your team and we can plan from there! I'm happy to
provide more details about the materials or answer any questions in
advance. If these materials would not be needed in your organization, we
are open to suggestions or other contacts to disperse these guides.
