We are pleased to announce that the Ohio Preservation Council has been awarded an LSTA Open Grant from the State Library of Ohio for $4,999.00. This will help offset the costs of the upcoming 2025 OPC Symposium, on August 1, 2025 at Columbus Metro Library.

The symposium, "Preservation Everywhere: Bridging the Physical & Digital", will address key digital and physical preservation complexities and how they intersect in the cultural heritage landscape. This full-day event will feature a keynote presentation by Beatriz Haspo, a culture heritage preservation expert who has worked for national and cultural organizations and is the Executive Director of APOYOnline. https://ohiopreservationcouncil.org/2025-Symposium
